Personal Consultations are by appointment scheduled Tuesday – Thursday, between 12 pm - 4 pm. This meeting will last approximately one hour. Other appointment days or times may be available on a limited basis.
Meeting face-to-face is advantageous for all but if you cannot come to Charleston, I am happy to schedule a consultation by phone as late as 7:00 PM on those weekdays.
You may bring any ideas you have gathered from magazines or online, as well as other elements you wish to discuss. You are welcome to bring family or a friend with you to your consultation.
At your consultation we will discuss your vision, expectations and what I can do to help create a celebration for all to enjoy and remember. This is not a sales presentation but is important that we understand each other and any variables that may apply to your celebration.
Based on the services necessary to meet the requirements of your celebration, you will receive a total fee in writing. You will not be asked or expected to make a decision at that time.
Should you believe Pro Weding Entertainments's personalized services match your vision, please consider securing your date without delay. Do not wait too long as I am honored to receive far more requests than we can possibly accommodate. Some dates are even booked over a year in advance.
You may place a deposit after the consultation if desired. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. (Credit cards are processed through PayPal only at this time)
